Is it worth it?

I have a sick husband and have to leave work early today to go and sort out the kids and the husband.  But I wanted to share this with you. I got it from one of my best friends Charmaine. Thanks Char! Love you! xx

    So true!!! That's how I feel about running. It's so easy to come up with reasons why I'm too busy to get my butt out on the road, but the truth is, you can find time for just about anything if you try!
